it gets my seal of approval From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived here for about two years, and I'll be moving out soon and to another city. This was my very first apartment experience, and I was very pleased with it. Brenda, the manager, is a good balance of professional and personable. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I did have a problem with a noisy neighbor, and Brenda was very swift in dealing with the situation. After three strikes, the neighbor was promptly evicted. The property is very clean and well-maintained. I only had one maintenance concern in my two years here, and less than 24 hours of my reporting it, it was taken care of. This complex doesn't have a lot of the fancy ammenities that a lot of other complexes can offer, but its a nice place, and I would highly recommend it.
