This place is great for a person on a budget who appreciates character, history, aesthetic quality, and elegance in an urban setting. The grounds are beautiful, the rent reasonable. Yes, the dwelling is small, but cozy. The location is fantastic--close to NCSU, Glenwood and the Warehouse districts. It's a timy place, but well worth your stay. The owner lives on-site, so you bypass the slumlord aspect of absentee lanlordism. However, the new office management group used to run the business is less-than-desireable. They can be real jerks, but this is a small price to pay for the lovely space.
