Nice place; a little worn, but well constructed and maintained. There are hardwood floors in the apartments, no carpets to get dirty, and lots of windows for light and air. It's good if you're a student at NC State, as it's within walking distance of east campus, as well as a variety of other destinations. Parking's a bit distant, you have to walk a bit back and forth. Also the walks are a bit uneven and flood in heavy rains. Overall though, a good apartment for the area and for the price.
