Hartford Hills

I lived in this community for 2.5 years and wathed my satisfaction with the physical property roll continually downhill.

The buildings are old, the walls and ceilings have what appears to be hundreds of layered coats of acoustic lead paint on them, the windows leaked due to settlement and i can recall being without hot water for 2 days several times b/c the boiler always had probelems.

Overall, when i moved in i did so b/c of the price and convenience, but now that i look back on the situation,i wish i'd simply lived some place else and driven further to work.

Now that the apartments in the area are in competition with each other, you can find a much nicer place to live for a decent price.
