Welcome to pretend land, where everything looks good and sounds good on your initial tour, but then reality sets in and you'll wish you were elsewhere.

My biggest complaint is how mother nature is literally let into our home. Our windows are just thin sheets of plastic. All of the cold air is let in. We pay an outrageous $200 for our electric bill, and our home is still so cold we have to wear all our clothes inside to stay warm. Does the management care' Oh no, they just say they have the same problem and let us suffer.

We pay $580, but do we get new windows' No! And our doors have holes in them, but are they replaced' No. Our dishwasher is vintage, our stove is yellow, we had to buy our own stuff to repair the tubs, and I bet our deck will fall through any day. Does any of that $580 actually repair our home' No, it probably goes right into the pockets of Hidden Creek employees.

When stood right in front of the managers telling them our problems, and someone else came into the office. They ignored us and waited on the next customer until we walked out. This was when we took our rent check to them. They literally took our money and pushed us aside for the next person!!!

I could go on and on....stay away from Hidden Creek. It looks like home, but is really just a shell.
