this is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. on a good month, my light bill is atleast 260 per month it has been as high as 300 permonth. there is a one inch space between my doors and the actual frame.btwn my baseboards i can literally put my fingers through to the outside of my house. because of this problem i have to pick up slugs and other bugs from my carpet each day. when i called to complain about it all she did was say she would come out and spray. my shelves are so vintage they are falling apart and they refuse to fix them saying the cant replace them because ther are ok. my cabinets are so old they are flaking off. my faucets and toilets contantly run water and they have been out several times to attempt to fix it but maintainance does very shoddy work. my appliances are so old they are a joke.
my sinks are leaking thru to the cabinets.my paints are so caked that there are pealing off. the parking lots lights dont work so therefore its so dark and scary out there. the only thing that looks new in my apt is the carpet. everything else looks like they've been in this apt since it was built.
cars get towed out her for so called violation without any warning notices. the office team is so nasty that you dont even want to call them. they lack the concept of customer service.........
i could go on and on . do not rent from this place because it will be the biggest mistake you would make. if you rent from this place you'll be counting the days left on your lease from the day you move in and realize what you've gotten yourself into
