I have lived at Hidden Creek for only 4 months & I can honestly say this was the biggest mistake I have ever made..I should have run for the hills when not even 2 months after moving in, my air stopped working. I was told it was low on Freon & that it would be fine afterwards..Which was a lie. Here I sit, 4 months later with the same problem with it being 1 of the hottest days in July with the internal temperature in my apartment at 90 DEGREES and my thermostat is set to 60 degrees!!!I may as well be outside!There was no air last nite in my apartment & none 2day.To add to that, I had a hot water leak also.The previous person was right when they said that the model is nothing like what the actual apartment is. I have contacted management as well as submitted a typed letter to them to to try and get this situation rectified. My light bill tripled due to having my air being on trying to cool the place when all it was actually doing was warming it up. I have contacted my family attorney to see if there is any way I can use this as a way to break my lease due to the apartment being in an "unhabitable" condition..taken straight from their Lease that was signed.There's a reason why this place is called "Hidden Creek" and if I were you,I would not let this place find me...
