They are OK.
They do not do upgrades to the apartments if you have lived there for awhile like some placed I lived before.
The maintanence staff is pretty good about getting things fixed when needed.
The exercise room sucks! No TV, someone broke in and they wont replace it with another.
It is poorly lite in the back when entering the exercise/sauna room at night, and if there is snow or ice, BEWARE!!!
They SUCK at snow and ice removal.
I fell on the sidewalk out front of a business due to this! Watch out!
My car and friends cars have been damaged in the parking lot. I have talked with others and they say the same thing about the their cars.
For the prices they charge, not that great of quaility.
