When I first moved here with my roomate we thought there must have been a mistake because our apartment was really dirty. There were mouse tirds throughout the cabinets and the the kitchen had a layer of greasy dirt all over it. Our bathrooms were also dirty. One of our windows had a big crack in it and they didn't fix it for months. All of our windows had holes in the screens (big enough for a cat to fit through) which they never fixed. Whenever we told them about something we needed fixed (like our refrigerator and dishwasher multiple times) they were always really nice, but never actually did anything about it. The gym (if you can call it that was a joke) none of the machines worked. Then after all of that, when we moved out they wanted to charge us for everything. I had a friend who lived there at about the same time and the bathroom above hers flooded, rendering hers useless because the ceiling caved in; they didn't fix it until after she left (months later)! We got a special on ours, but prices still not good enough to put up with the crap that we did.
