I moved here two months ago. I have NEVER seen such poor management. The office staff is rude and won't actually help when there are problems. When I first moved in I had a list a mile long of small but fixable issues. Nothing was ever fixed. After a few weeks of noone living below me, I noticed one night that I could hear people downstairs through my floors. It sounds like people are in my bedroom. The grounds are so dirty. There is garage everywhere, one the stairs, in the bushes, behind the buildings, etc. One month ago a pipe burst and flood about 75% of my apartment. I didn't know that I would be homeless for four days. Noone would let me know what the process was. I was told "sorry there's nothing we can do" on more then one ocassion. The maintenance is awful. He doesn't know what he's doing. Three weeks later the pipe burst AGAIN. The same one they supposedly fixed. The management wouldn't do anything to help me with damages. They left water stains and a big hole in the drywall in my son's room for weeks. Wet drywall gets moldy. That is unhealthy. Luckily, they finally let me out of my lease (after a long letter to corporate) so I'm getting the heck outta here. The price may be right but it is not worth the stress of being miserable.
