My apartment flooded and I was moved to another apartment. then the apartments were sold and it seem like things may get better........boy was I wrong.
Parking: NOT ENOUGH. you better get home early because you may not find a place to park if you get in after a late night.
Noise leve: it is what you would expect for apartments.
Maintenance: you better put something in writing because nothing gets done just by asking.
Grounds: at first glance they look nice but the further into the complex you go the wrost it gets. my build has little ground cover so when it rains there is lots of red dirty on the walks which can get tracked into you apartment if the repair man ever enter
Safety: the new management has replaced all the burnt out light bulbs but the parking lot is not light up very well in the back of the complex.
Consturction: all roofs were replaced and all the piping is being redone....what a nightmare. they tear your place apart and put nothing back, they muddy up you floors and carpet and leave it. management states put it in writing and they will fix it. right....just like they do repairs. you can heat a 3-bedroom house for what it cost to heat this apartment. Also, there are no fans in the bathrooms and i have found mold inside the closet. i had to clean it with bleach and i'm hoping it doesn't reappear.
Maintenance: what is that. you better put it in writing because telling them over and over and over gets nothing done.
Office Staff: they are very friendly but can you say 3 stooges. i moved to another apartment and they sued me for not paying rent in the old apartment that i vacacted...just a oversight they said. when i went to renew my lease they told me it was ready on 3 different occassions but everytime i went to the office it wasn't ready. they were going to re-key my apartment when i wasn't home so they could lock the door which had me very concern about how i would get in later but then figured out it wasn't my apartment that needed it. if it wasn't so furstrating it would by funny.
Overall: run away. the price my sound good but don'y let it fool you. I forgot to mention the COCKROACHS.
i have live in many rented apartments in five different states and this one is the wrost experience i have ever had. they seem to look nice on the outside but the inside is a living nightmare. i will not be renew my lease.
