The management is horrible. It takes around 7 times for them to answer your calls. When they do pick up, they fill out work orders. It's suggested about 4 work orders and phone calls for the people to realize there is actually a problem.

And whats more is the original contract and advertisement had NO waterbill... now we have a waterbill. Furthermore - if you stay there for more than 1 year, expect your rent to increase at least 50 dollars a year.

I've had to get used to killing at least 1 cockroach a day, as well as put up with the monsterous spiders that inhibit your storage space, deck and walkways.

The parking lot is a traffic accident waiting to happen as there is a blind corner which cars often swerve around.

The pool was inoperable for April - mid July. Now its so freaking hot, its hard to go to the pool. I've had to twice clean out my apartment so work people can come in and fix things. They claimed it would only take 5 days... let's try again and say 3 weeks. The money for the laundry room is in the office room, which is only open to everyone between the hours of 9-5 since the lady often leaves early. So, you have to take off work early to get money on your card. It's a pain in the ass when you're 25 cents short to dry your clothes at 8 PM .

The worst is the management. They don't care about you at all. They put up fancy balloons and talk a good talk. But they don't work with you to achieve a quality place to live. They have an emergency line no one listens to.
