I have lived here four years. When I first moved in, it was know as one of the nicer apartments in this area. Over the years there have been so many changes in office management that I do not know how they get anything done. I have reported my noisy neighbor to the office numerous times with no results. They are always very friendly, but have not resolved the issue. This has been going on for nine months. There ongoing excuse is that they are new to the office and they do not have record of any past complaints from me.
They are always sending out notices about possible fines if people disobey policy. People still leave trash bags outside their front doors and the complex does nothing about it. They threaten, but do nothing.
The workout facility was one of the selling points when I first moved in, but to date I believe there is not one piece of machinery in it that works. I am moving to a nicer complex into a two bedroom apt, and I will be paying less than I am currently paying for my one bedroon here. The final insult from the complex was when they offered to renew my lease without raising my rent, but there was a sign at the entrance advertising a one bedroom for two hundred dollars less than what I am paying. The only nice thing I can say is that the maintenance guy is extremely nice and does repairs in a timely manner. It is also convienent to shopping and had sidewalks that are good if you are a runner.
