not a good experience here-first off, went through so many staffing changes, it is unreal. Cockroaches--ugh-and if you call, they make u wait to get it sprayed until the designated day. Maintenance repairs=slow...loud neighbors always, can hear everything through the walls, even blow dryers, doors, talking-- any time of day or night. People party in the parking lot, leave trash out, soliciting too. Sloppy experiences in the past with maintenance-- haven't called in a # of months--so, don't know if it's changed. Parking is terrible after 7p. Dark lot with dangerous curve. Over-flowing trash compactor every weekend. Old bathroom, run-down bathroom cabinets, tub, tiles, flooring. Old refrigerator that makes moldy ice-- asked several times to get this fixed...oh, and the floor is bumpy...not one level place. they need to spend some money on the building rather than trying to promote the facility.
