It's ok. It's an apt. You hear everything. You get to be awakened on Monday mornings by mowers and blowers. Don't even try to talk to the office staff. They are too busy rounding up someone new to move in to talk to you. They will pause to take your rent check though. Be careful near the entrance as it is a blind spot cars wheel into as though they were on a ramp to 40. Kitchen are old and bathrooms are old and carpet is old. But hey, it's an apartment. I have heard of car and apartment break-ins, but know nothing for a fact. It's average, average, average... probably overpriced for what you get but it is in a good location.
