One word...awful. The list is endless. The office staff is rude. They lose your rent check, blame you and then call a few months later to say that they have in fact lost something else you submitted can you please resubmit...is it therefore out of the realm of possibility that you lost my rent check' The maintenance men are just as rude and inexperienced. The answer to any problem is essentially "too bad, live with it." There are of course roaches, unsafe shrubbery and burned out lights that always make you question who may be lurking in the bushes. The car wash does not work, the appliance are ridiculously outdated, the water heater does not allow for more than one 15 minute shower, and the heat pumps out cold air.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
