This is one of the worst places to live in the Raleigh area. It may be close to a few hot spots of Raleigh, but it's way over priced!! The staff says HI and smiles at you, but nothing ever gets done. And everything is always the tenants fault! The 'fitness room' needs a work out of its own. The equipment is old and doesn't work half the time. They did add one new piece in the past 10 years, wow! They keep raising the rent but not the standards. This property has gone through several property mananagment companies, wonder why! This is it for me. It's dark and dingey inside and out. Parking sucks, people fly through the parking areas, kids every where-dumpters and staires. I wouldn't even give this place one star!!There are bugs, unsafe walkways with burned out lights or no lighting at all, never know who may be lurking in the bushes. The car wash does not work, the appliance are old and crappy, the water heater is way to small, it does not allow for more than ONE 15 minute shower, and when the heat is one, it's cold air!
If you want a no thrills place to live and you like dark and dingy, unsafe places-this is the one for you.
