Cockroaches, carpenter ants, rotting walls, mold, no heat in winter, broken AC in summer, brown water, broken appliances, floors coming up, apartment not clean when you move in, unqualified maintenance staff, rude management, no parking, poor lighting, the list goes on and on and on!! Don't be fooled when they show you the clean apartment with the updated appliances, that is not the apartment you will get when you sign the lease. No matter how much you clean the place it still looks dumpy and the maintenace staff they don't fix things they cover them up and the job always looks unprofessional! Honestly a 3rd grader could have done a better job! And be prepared for them to leave nasty foot prints on your carpet, and greasy handprints all over your walls and they never clean up after they do a job! I will say the girl that works on Saturday is nice but the regular manager is a real piece of work she dodges calls from tenants, doesn't call back, and nothing is ever their fault. They say they are gonna do something and never do. Reported this to Better Business Bureau and Raleigh Housing Authority for serious violations. If you haven't already signed a lease you don't want to believe me. If you already rent report serious violations to raleigh housing authority, they will come out and do an inspection and tell maintenance they have to fix it. But be prepared for maintenance to have no clue how to do a repair and for it to look extrememly shoddy and tacky. Professional quiet couple embaressed to have people over the apartment because it's so gross. Can't wait to move out!!!!!!
