I hope that you dont always believe all the negative things that you read online. Really...Too bad more of us aren't willing to take the time to do the right thing!
There was a change in the owners/management about a year ago and I thought "Here WE GO"! BUT HAVE BEEN REALLY IMPRESSED!! Having seen the inside of the old apartments verses the renovated ones...Really amazing! I have enjoyed the new workout area, and have seen a notice that they would be updating the office and I am pleased to see that they have kept true to their word. Quite a few of the buildings have had the outside siding repaired also.
Sure sometimes it takes a day to get something repaired, but its never been an issue for me. I am just glad to see someone take some action! Its a neat little place that has needed some attention for a long time and now that time is here! The maint guys are always polite and the girls in the the office seem to care about whats going on and always ask how is everything in your home. It makes all the differance that someone actually knows your name...

I agree that not everyone has a bad experience. The inside of the apartments are definitely amazing... but have you looked at the apartment buildings that aren't at the very front of the complex surrounding the dumpster area??? There is trash and pieces of lining, carpet, ect outside of my door every morning. The workers don't pick anything up or keep it clean. They leave their empty lunch cups everywhere. I understand construction. But there is no need for that. I took my apartment "as is" from an old friend so I didn't get the upgraded apartment, but I don't think it's THAT hard to fix the 4 things that were supposed to be done in June 2008! I went back to the office and asked 2 more times after it wasn't done by August. I like most of the staff, and the manager is very nice... but they are not always pleasant. I have gotten accused of moving an orange cone to make a new parking spot which I did not do. Not only did they accuse me and give me attitude, but they woke me up after I was working until 4am and had to go back to my second job at 9am to move my car. When I went outside 2 hours later, there was no "wood shipment" in that spot that they so immediately needed me to move my car for. It would have been fine w/o the attitude and w/o being accused. It's just something people need to be aware of.
