VERY bad mold problem (toxic mold) inconsiderate staff (I'm pregnant with a 2 year old diabetic child and they demanded my husband to stay in the office and talk with them instead of going to the store to get us something to eat although we hadn't eaten all due on account of the mess going on with them!) and water sever water damage...roaches in almost every apartment..spiders and other bugs you can't recognize! Oh and also, the stairs are rotted out and painted over..they half it on all maintenence issues such as when the water heater above us broke and leaked all water in our closet (which is part of the reason there is extensive mold growth) they just lifted up the carpet to put a fan under it and then put it back down..and it took them 24 hours to even come look at it. Plus, the EPA told them the necessary procedures to get rid of the mold and they refuse..AWFUL!

i have never had a bad experience with hunters glen, and have been living here for 2 years. I have no idea how somebody could have such a bad experience like this.
