I am reading some of these negative responses, and they shock me. These apartments are under new management in the last year, and they have been great. The maintenance guys are all new, and I see them running around all day working their butts off. The screened porch, wood burning fireplace and washer/dryer really sold me on these apartments. The neighborhood isn't bad, though it is right next to a 24 hour harris teeter. To me, that is a plus, but to others it may not be. The staff has been great here. They treat me like family, and obviously value their customers -- perhaps because they are trying to redeem the reputation of the apartments after soe had bad experiences. The price is unbeatable, and I will be living here at least until I move to another city or buy a house. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
