Poor management and dated apartmants with an urban feel

So far I've lived here 2 weeks. Day one they didn't have my apartment ready and moved me into a second one, meaning all the paper work and phone calls I'd made to set up water, power etc had to be done all over again and I had to go without water for the weekend without so much as an apology, they actually tried to say it was my fault without checking with another co-worker. Week 2 I got an pre-eviction notice because they did not process the "free" first month's rent. Real winners on the management team so far, looking forward to week three if I can make it.
Apartments are dated, come with washer dryer and dishwasher. Walls are somewhat thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversations just fine through neighboring walls, doors or windows. Decent for the price, but low prices will further lower demographic and drive it down hill. Expect to get what you pay for and live in the company that can afford it.
Location is nice, easy to get to 40, 440, Glenwood or downtown, Harris teeter and gym nearby. Complex has a pool and tennis courts.
