I lived at inman park for 4 years and really enjoyed my time. I had several opportunities to move closer to downtown or to a larger place but always declined because I never had a reason to leave inman. The location is great, very convenient to crabtree, the beltine and downtown. In addition, living within walking distance to the greenway is a very nice ammentity.
The apartments themselves are nice, larger than most and with nice touches like molding, lots of closets and large decks. Neighbors keep to themselves and are nice/young executives.
The management staff have always been nice and very accomodating. It is safe to say they are the best I have ever dealt with in regards to apt leasing staffs.
The only downfall is the electric bills! I had a one bedroom and for instance last month my bill was $110, I find this high for suuch a small place and for not even turning on the air/heat. So, be careful w/ planning for electricity bills.
All in all, I would highly reccomend living at Inman, I honestly say you will not regret your decision to make Inman your next home.
