I've lived here for almost a year and have had a good experience. Facilities are plentiful with a nice pool, clubhouse, etc. Maintenance and on site security respond quickly. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Some neighbors can be rowdy and noisy at times but if you call, security takes care of that. On the higher price range but you get a lot for your money, utilities, cable, security system, washer/dryer, etc. Internet could be better. Now that this is under new management as Ivy Chase and not Thistledown, they seem to be on the up. I'd recommend this place.
