I've lived in Ivy Chase for almost a year but I am MOVING when my lease is up next month. The apartments are nice, clean (at least mine is) and its a really great price (rent includes an alarm system, heat, water, and cable plus my monthly pet fee). The only problem is, the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. The staff lied to my roommates and I over and over again, giving lots of excuses on why it took so long (MONTHS to be exact) to fix our appliances (air conditioning and microwave) . Also, parking has become a HUGE issue and towing IS enforced, so BEWARE. Don't look forward to having any visitors b/c guest parking is very limited.

Also, a rape occurred as well as another crime. The windows are not safe and I assume that they can easily be opened from the outside. I do not recommend girls staying on the first floor.

what is the male/female ratio there? When I visited it last month there seemed to be many more female tenants than male. Do they cater to female customers?
