Ladies ... There was a rape here this year and a peeping tom. It's not worth the price to be scared to walk out to your car at night. They send out notices but all they really say is make sure you lock your door while you are home and be careful. It's very dissapointing that they can't do more for as much as we pay here. Also, good luck having friends over. The parking situation is horrible. They enforced towing and there are hardly any visitor spaces if you consider how many apartments are here. If you do move here, make sure that your apartment is clean when you move in. I know quite a few people including myself that were very dissapointed with the cleanliness of the apartment on move in day. The staff is unprofessional and it's difficult to get an answer. If you like getting the run around and being scared of being stalked, then this is the place for you!
