I have been living here for three consecutive years, and I do have lot to say. Let me tell you, I am a very picky customer and I let them know the day I moved in. I must say, I did not like the horrible parking situation and the rape incident in the past, but nowadays, I feel like they have improved so much. I know the management is trying really hard to give the best customer service and try to accomodate students by offering them utility packages and a huge computer lab with free print service. Although, parties do not seem to end here at Ivy Chase, it isn't too bad if you are a college student and are looking for some fun. I do recommend, if you decide to sign another year here, do it as early as in January when they have crazy specials. Lastly, I thank Angie, Misty and rest of the staff for their great customer service and dealing with a difficult customer like me

You obviously did not have your apartment burn down and then all of your belongings stolen or thrown out by said "staff". Watch out if your apartment catches on fire. They will not be so accommodating. We've caught Angie in numerous lies and backstepping to cover herself.
