I've lived at Ivy Chase for 2 years now. This last month of renting cannot go by fast enough. My first week of living here, I watched from my balcony as the guy below me puts a gun in our neighbors face and gets arrested. They evicted him, but not his brother who caused the fight. Since then the brother has set off homemade bombs, worked on his Harley until 3am, thrown a beer bottle at me when I asked if he could turn his music down, dug up the bushes in front of our apartment so he could drive his harley up under the deck, and last but not least poured beer all over and URINATED on my brand new truck in broad daylight!!!!! I've complained for 2 years to the office about this guy and his roommates and they have done nothing. I study for tests with their bass shaking the floor and sleep to the sound of their parties. Both the old management and new management are so desperate to collect rent that they let trash like this stay and make everyone around them miserable. Sure, maybe I'm just unlucky to have them below me, but there are no guarantees that you won't have people like this around you. And if you are as unlucky as I am, the management couldn't care less. I will tell everyone I know to run from Ivy Chase. If I wanted to live around the part scene, I could have saved money and lived at University Woods.
