If you plan on having any visitors, Campus Edge Apartments(Raleigh)formerly known as Ivy Chase is not the place for you. My sister currently lives here now and my car was towed from a visitors parking spot today! The leasing office claims they took away 2 of the already established visitor parking spots a few days ago due to construction and that there was a sign posted informing people not to park there. There was NO SIGN in sight!, and their excuse was that residents keep knocking the sign down.

They made no effort to be understanding at the leasing office or accommadate the towing cost. I therefore had to pay $100 to get my car from the towing location and the lady at the towing company said I was not the first person in this situation today, and was willing to eliminate the $100 cost if the leasing office approved it...they didn't approve it of course.
Hmmm ... its easy to see why this apartment complex keeps changing there name.

I AGREE!!! Do NOT move to Campus Edge! Parking is HORRIBLE...do not plan on EVER having anyone come to your apartment even for a second b/c their car will be gone! I can't believe your story though, that makes me even more happy I'm moving!

The management is 100% better. There is still a problem with parking or lack of parking. Also, we are paying for a pool and clubhouse and aren't getting the use of either due to construction for next year.
