serious saftey issues/parking

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
major issues with outside door locks & outdoor lighting. The after hours emergency phone can be busy for as long as 16 hours, with no other alternative. Constant towing of vehicles,even when the parking lot is over 75% empty!!!!! We've been paying for the use of a pool/weight room/computer room for months, but we haven't been able to use them. Office staff very non-caring and condescending when handling complaints.
