DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! Campus Edge is AWFUL. I just moved here in August of 2008 and their move-in day system was terrible, I had to wait in a LINE for 3.5 hrs and then when I got in my apartment had many things wrong with it. The worst problem here is the parking. They partner with MidSouth Towing in Garner and they tow anyone without a parking sticker who is not in a visitor spot every night after 10. This would not be a problem if they had more than 20 visitor spots. The towing company is just as awful as the campus edge staff is as well. The guys that drive the tow trucks yell and cuss at the "customers" which is completely uncalled for and absurd.

I live at Campus Edge and have never had an issue with towing, and they don't "partner" with the towing company...why would they? It doesn't make things better for them, I have actually witnessed them being yelled at over something that could have been prevented, just follow the rules. As long as you follow the rules, then you have nothing to worry about...the biggest problem is that most people aren't willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Actually I am sure they do have a partnership with the tow company, it is common with apartment complexes. Think about it, they probably tow atleast 10 cars a day from here, 10x$100=$1000 a day in money they make from having towing rights at campus edge. Campus edge could easily sell them towing rights for a few thousand dollars a month. Also the tow company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never had to deal with them directly but I hear them yelling outside every night. I just witnessed them literally pull up and try to tow someones car when he was standing right next to it the whole time telling them not to tow it, that he was leaving. He told them this before they even pulled up, but they just ignored him and continued to attempt to tow his car. Not only is that unprofessional but it is illegal. The guest spots fill up by noon every day here, so don't plan on having any guests.

I have had to deal with the tow company they are very rude. They also have been known to tow people's cars who actually live here even with the sticker on their cars. On multiple occasions people out here have had that issue. When they make the mistake of towing your car with the sticker they do not admit it was a mistake instead they accuse you of jumping their 6 ft fence with barbed wire on top of it and putting the sticker in the car after it was towed. Very unprofessional and wrongful towing is illegal the tow company should not even have a license and the office staff is aware of this issue. The only thing I have seen them say they were doing to resolve this issue is requiring tow truck drivers to start taking pics before towing. We shall see if it makes a difference.
