Great

I spent 3 years in a 2 bedroom at $600 a month and 1 year in a single bedroom.

The 2 bedroom was amazing at about 1000 sq ft. It was very well laid out and had plenty of open space for even 3 people to share.

The 1 bedroom was a much less enjoyable experience since the apartment around 500 sq ft. which is very small (not enough room to have both a couch and a kitchen table).

The maintenance and office staff are great. Ivy Commons is a collection of independently owned condos that are managed by the same company. The management were traditionally the owners so they were always very helpful. We had one incident when the water heater above us broke and water came into our apartment but maintenance was there within minutes to start repair work and cleaning the mess.

Overall it is a wonderful place to live. There were not many issues in the building I was in (the condo above was owned and lived in by a professor at NCSU so there were no parties). I still wish I had decided to stick around and upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead of moving out. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
