IT USED TO BE A QUIET AND SAFE PLACE!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!

Well, the buildings that are on Avent Ferry became very insecure and extremely noisy for the past 6 months...The environment and the staff used to be nice, yet everything has changed.
Police came to my door twice to ask if I saw someone suspicious in the complex as someone robbed our neighbor when he was about to enter his apartment.
Moreover, another neighbor's bike was stolen although it was chained!!
There is a bunch of people who like to wake others up in the middle of night or very early in the morning.
They scream, swear, sing or even honk their cars and shout as "wake up" "wake up" around the parking lot...Maybe they think they are having fun, but other people need to rest and sleep!!!
There is a crazy lover among this group who comes time to time to the parking lot and swears ( I assume to his ex girlfriend)...shouts...and goes away...then he comes back very early in the morning for a second check up....( I guess)
For the office staff, I tried calling them..it didn't help.
So, I won't call them again because they act like people make things up and they don't care...
I can't wait to move out! If you have a better choice, don't even think about this place!

It's funny because when I moved into this complex, I was hoping hoping hoping for an apartment near Avent Ferry, and not one on the Crest Road side because Crest Road looks way sketchy. Unfortunately I ended up in an apartment right on Crest Road, and to my surprise, it has been the quietest, nicest place to live! No car break-ins, no apartment break-ins, no loud noises. You should see about moving to another apartment, however if you're with Ammons Pittman, I doubt they'd help or care. They ARE the worst management.

Well, you guessed it right. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm with Ammons Pittman... Avent Ferry part used to be quiet and safe, yet it changed so suddenly this summer. Good luck over there!
