I moved here because of the close proximity to NCSU, the large floorplan and low rent. These are really the best attributes of KP. Other than these points, you shouldn't expect much more.

The apartments look better than they really are. The walls are thin and you can expect the bathroom wallpaper to be in bad condition. There is also minimal window space. While these may be minor details for some, those who expect more should look elsewhere. Had I not moved in from out of state and had more time for apartment-hunting, I would have made a different decision - though it is by no means unbearable. Live here if you're on a budget. There's also never a problemn with parking.

It's really surprising how many rules and regulations KP has. Use of the common grounds (pool, clubhouse) can be a downright hassle, but they are really nice. I suppose they are necessary to keep it that way.
