It's okay...but can be annoying to live here

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
I've lived in KP since Dec of 1996. I like the huge floorplan, the conveniece to downtown Raleigh, and the promise of 24/7 emergency maint. There are some college kids living here, but the complex is very strict about noise levels and parties. I have been able to call after hours when my neighbors had a party and someone was here in 20 mins to shut them up.
The office staff is nice, but don't catch them on a bad day.
Parking is good when school is out of session. Otherwise, people are parked evreywhere. There have been several times each year that I have had to park in visitors parking across the street because there was no parking in front of my building.
Overall, it's a nice place to live...
