The Most AWFUL place to live

I should have realized when I walked in the door that this place would be awful. They wouldnt let me see the apartment i would be renting before the day i would move in, had me do my move in inspection in 30 minutes and had pulled some interesting ---- about lease qualification. OKay, so i got in. And had to have a wall repainted and a few other things done first off. Not to mention the place looks crappy but well- then the real problems started. The electric bills are a nightmare- management is utterly bitchy and irresponsible, and getting anything done here is a pain in the but. The latest story is that the water heater in the apartment above me burst- probably due to poor maintenance, so i wake up to find this ouw and repair men in pmy place. Okay- then i find out that they have to put all sorts of fand ansd rip up my carpet- okay, the'yll be back tommorow. This was on a wensday. No show on thursday, no show on friday. I call the office friday and get told that I cannot have the repair company's number. No show saturday, no show sunday. It is now monday- my place is not one bit more fixed than it was on wensday- and The office declares that since they are contractors there is "nothing they can do" and I am "scheduled to be seen by the repair place" today along with my neighboors. I heard the same BS on friday- so essentially I cannot have the number to call the company butthe office who has the number is not responsible and will not do anything about it. That and it turns out that KP has a WONDERFUL problem with flash flooding- meaning certain parking lots and apartments wind up underwater. This place is the most miserable I"ve ever lived- it looks good at first glance but then once you're here they want your money and will let the place fall down around your ears. Not to mention they have all sorts of strange rules- the parking is a pain in the rear for any sort of visitors, you cannot have two permits for a resident- ie if you have two cars sucks for you, and then no pets INCLUDING fish. Meaning i cannot even have a pet betta or goldfish because they feel like being that way. THe security deposit is outrageous for the area $400 for a 2-bedroom and all in all while they are spacious and cheap they are cheaply built and the management is the worst. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here and frankly if i could break my lease after being here all of 3 months- I would.
