Alright... The comments about the management aren't fair. Two of the staff members ARE nice! Can't quite say the same for The One though. She's just a hateful person. My problems weren't with the management. I just gave them my money once a month while I lived there, and I didn't interact with them much. They also gave me my deposit back in full. My problem is that you don't get what you pay for. The building is run down. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Next door and upstairs. One time, my neighbor couple upstair was having sex, and they were shaking MY bedroom door! The door was actually opening and closing. For good 3, 4 minutes. :P My car got broken into twice while living there, and I was interviewed by the police twice because of various break-ins and an assault(they were inteviewing everyone, FYI). The 2nd time my car got broken into, the towing company towed my car the same night. Now, if you ever deal with those asses of a towing company, you too will wonder if THEY broke into my car just so they can tow it. I'll never live near college. Parking restriction sucks, but KP is definitely not the only one with such rules. My power bill during cold months were pretty high. Electric heating and poor insulation resulted in $150-220 a month to CP&L. I'd never have lived there if I were making the money I make now. In fact, if I knew what I know today, even if I were in school, I'd still suck it up and live 20 minutes away from school to live somewhere nicer AND cheaper.
