Horrid. That's all I can say. The ceiling creaks, the bugs are everywhere the insulation is horrible, the place is falling apart and maintenance only does anything if you pester them to do it and then they do it the cheapest quickest way possible. Admittedly yes, most of the management is nice, except for the manager herself the one in charge who can do ANYTHING about it. Parking is a nightmare, the laundry rooms are awful and moldy and charge a fortune. I don't feel safe at ALL in them! The drains in mine drain slow and even after repeated calls I still cannot get a decent fix on them! And there are noisy partys all night from my neighboors! I thought that it would be alright becuase they have to compete with other companies in the area- but lo and behold- it's the shittiest place I have ever lived. I have had the exterminator out 4 times and still see bugs and I keep my apartment VERY clean. They towed my boyfriends car in under an hour while we were fixing a table- at midnight on a weekend. And dont even THINK about having guests over because the street parking is always full because of all the parties! Noone should have to live here- they should tear it down to the ground and arrest the people in charge for making such an awful place to live!That and you would think ah but it's cheap but then I find out how many better places there are to live in raleigh that are cheap! So you're not even living for a cheap price, just in a cheap place. I could build a better apartment myself and i do not know anything about wood work. Other than things should probably be at 90 degree angles, ceilings should not have cracks and look like theyr'e going to fall in. Walls should not have mold. And windows should actually seal!
