I have lived at KP for 3 years. The maintenance is excellent. The management staff is nice and professional. I always get a response quickly. Parking is limited but you know up front that each person gets one pass. I appreciate having a place to park. I have never had a single roach. I know neighbors that have been asked to clean up so they do not cause a bug problem. Sounds like KP does their part to me. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
