don't let them get you by not letting you see your apartment before you sign the lease. Yes the model is BEAUTIFUL. But your apartment will not be. TRust me.
I've never been sadder. Just lke the other reviews said, BUGS. Yes, bugs. Twice a year you must remove EVERYTHING from your cabinets so the bug man can spray, and if you don't you get fined, and they come when your not there, so who knows if they sprayed in the first place. The walls are SO thin. I can hear my roommates whole conversation through the walls. And lets not talk about eviction notices because the upstairs neighbor can hear my computer say "you've got mail" I can't even play music anymore. Its miserable. And parking for you is good, but don't invite anyone over, or it will be about a block before THEY can find a park. And hope you dont have to rise at 10:00, because the grounds crew will be out there at 9:00 to give you an early wake up call with their leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.TOTALLY disrupting sleep.
