I had enough problems with them as far as parking, mowing too early, parties, rude staff, and various other things. But THEN when i moved out, they took 200 out of our $400 deposit to fix the things that were on our walkthrough from when we FIRST MOVED IN that they never fixed! plus they charged us 50 bucks for the guest parking pass that was missing. Dont EVER go there. EVER. Forget it. I live at Autumn River Apartments in Raleigh now, MUCH better place, and cost about the same.
