Don't be fooled by all the negative reviews about this place; it has its good with its bad. Location is everything. Don't live down by the river! Those apartments are old, infested, and falling apart. Try to get a second storey apartment or one not at the bottom of a hill to avoid flooding problems in some apartments. The key to Kensington Park: the closer to the office (ie the farther uphill) the fewer problems you'll have. For the price, I found KP extremely comfortable. Contrary to the previous posts, I found the maintenance staff to be extremely available, even comming by at 3:00 AM to fix a clogged sink. Just don't live down hill and you'll be alright.
