bad place for a clean and quiet living

a lot of mexican children running around
many yong students (american and chinese) are making noise at mid-night
repairing service is always late and again and again.
the office clerks are the worst I have ever seen in USA from north to south and from west to east.
and many car stolen last year. there is 8 car's CD player stolen this month.
the trash is everywhere.........
I moved out of this hell last month to Lakeview apartment, much better place.
