You have to consider that nothing is world is perfect by any means including Kensington park. I have lived in the general area for the last nearly 20 years (about 10 at Kensington) and have found the neighborhood to be average to above average.
Kensington did have many problems several years do to poor management and maintance, but since they now have a new owner and new staff thangs have changed for the better. from what it was a a few years ago.
I agree that when you get to many young college students together and one minor easy to correct problem comes along, they will screan as if the world is coming to an end.
They just have not grown up yet, somwhat spoiled rotten, given types of the cars they drive furnuture, steiro equiptment etc they have they have not learned what the REAL WORLD is all about just yet.
