If this place is as great as some of the recent posts say it is, why is it only 36% recommended?

If you want a spacious apartment with roaches, noise, having your car broke into (and by the way, the only "valuables" I left visible was my car stereo, SILLY ME) and VERY strict parking (Ace towing WILL tow your car if you don't display a permit and it will cost you $100 to get it out) to the point that your guests have to literally HIKE to get to your apartment, this is the place for you. You could get a better place for less money in north Raleigh. If you are a student, live in the campus apartments, you will have much less of a hassel.
