If you happen to see this review, you are really lucky. If you have to live in such a place, think twice, unless you want to live with roach. Yes, roach and more bugs. I found roaches around the sink on the first night and reported. They try to kill it and never extinguish it. And I heard the same thing from others live in this community.
Be ware of the dishwasher, oven and refrigirater, which seem like more than 20 years old. The dishwasher in my unit, which I've never used, found itself flooding with stinky fluid. The owner response to the clean work so late that I have to live with this for a week.
Nightmare doesn't come alone, soon the whole flat found that the sewage system for our building is complete blocked. Their explantation is misdesign of the sewage system and need to be reconstructed. The water drainage gets worse whenever it rains.
Also be aware all the trick in the lease agreement, don't let it bite you.
