Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
It is obvious that this place needs help. I can't get anything done. I can hear my neighbor talking 24/7. We have roaches!! Management blames neighbors, neighbors blame Management..I don't care I just want something done. Of course nothing gets done so I will be moving. As far as the Old Manager..sounds like current Management has no end to the blame game. The complaints regarding him/her are during current managements timeframe. If the complaints were legitimate they would have occurred then not now. But thats the blame game.
