I have to say, that the new management is great!!! I've lived at Kensington for 4 years now. I never quite got along with the people in the office, they always seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Upon entering the new management office, I was expecting a fight. My apartment is old...I wanted some kind of upgrade. They made every effort to make me happy, and DID! So, there are some changes...but, I think that we'll all be extremely pleased with the end result. i.e. Friendlier service, more experienced service (crap won't be glued back together), and an apartment that won't fall apart. I give this place 2 years, and I don't think even I would recognize it.

What! I don't see any changes except laundry is 2x in price (75cents to 1.50). This apartment complex has cheap rent, so if you want to pay cheap rent then this might be what your looking for. BUT you really get what you pay for: A dumpy apartment where everything falls apart and you have to raise hell to get anyone to do damn thing about things that break unless it is serious. MY hot water has been crapy ever sense I moved in and they won't do a thing about it. Old AND new owners are a bunch of shysters!
