Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
-My apartment has flooded at least 5 times since January (it is now mid-August). None of these floodings were my fault. Mold grew into my carpet and my apartment reeked of mildew for weeks because the office staff wasn't responsive to my requests for staff or shampooing. It's still stained from the mold today.
-Trinity Properties likes to spring surprises on residents, like suddenly charging for internet access (it was included in rent before), removing community washing and drying machines to replace them with more costly ones, or changing support staff availability hours without notice.
-If things go wrong, expect to wait at least a day before you'll see a staff person. When they come, expect them to do a half-assed repair job and leave your apartment a mess. They also left all my curtains open and lights on.
-Did I mention the staff is cold an uncaring' Once an employee came into my apartment for maintenance and made disparaging and racist remarks about my neighbors.
