I have moved there 3 months back and till date have problems with them.
Complain about utilities and there it goes down the drain..no actions taken unless you go to them atleast 3-4 times. I complained about problem in my shower. They didn't take any action till a month when I showed them my high water bill ($120) for a single person!!!!! Then they detected water leak and I had no water for 3 days.
Till now my shower is not repaired. Bugs all around the house. I must have complained atleast once almost every week about the bugs..but in vain.I still can see cockroaches, small insects everywhere.
The surroundings seems creepy sometime. I wonder if they do check people before renting it out!
Above all this, they tow away vehicles as they wish at weird times in the night. They towed way my new car after a couple of hours since I got it. I just got it in the evening and didn't have a tag yet. They towed it off and charge $100. The management says they cant help!!!!! They towed in 2 am in the night.
Dont be surprised if you dont see your car all of a sudden one day!!!
